Spring is always a busy time of the year at the Akron Polymer Training Center (APTC). In the past two months, hundreds of participants have attended our training courses from all corners of the world. Our industry experts, modern teaching facilities and labs enable the APTC to consistently deliver high quality training programs that produce more informed, efficient and motivated employees.
Exciting new developments at the center include the conversion of three injection molding courses to a distance learning format and the negotiation of details for our first twin screw extrusion course that will be available via the internet. It is my intention to launch these classes by the spring of 2009. We would also like to welcome the newest member of our team, Janet Mealy. Janet will assume the responsibilities of marketing and database management.
